 The first one seems very isolated !!
Third one is good… but

 incase of building a villa the 2nd one seems interesting as the lake seems to flow through 3 seperate islands.so in holidays people staying in the villa can have adventure and fun visiting the other sites.but the contours seem to be very unfriendly for construction.u may take it as a challenge also.........
the 3rd one is simillarly interesting.
the last reminds me of a horror movie........lol.....

 Hey all!! I picked the 3rd one but now seems to face new problems. I having problem in using the slopes. As I picked north east location and as from the lake side to the middle of the site is 4 metres high in total counting all 4 of it each having 1 metres height distance and then in the upper corner have another two metere
diff..

 I would be glad if anyone help me with this zoaning and managing the slopes and actually taking the benefit of it how to build a villa more modern and more interesting. I would like to design it for an architect who has a wife and two child.. I will be eagerly waiting for your opinion..Thank you:)
