Want to make a website

 I will make my freelancing website of graphics art. I want:
1. I can regularly update the news section of the website where there will be articles from other website.
2. Visitiors can contact with my by a contact form and message will go to my inbox
3. I need 2GB space. I will upload my video tutorials.
4. There will be a hit counter which all not seen by the visitors but i can see how many visitors visits my website daily.

I will make the website in offline by softwares. Can you host it by codings? How much it will costs for 2GB space and a dot com domain and above requirements? Please tell the minimum cost. I want good speed.

 2 GB hosting will cost a lot. Its not a good idea to host videos in own space. It kills extreme bandwidth. It would be my pleasure to sell a 2 GB hosting to a client, but as you are you, my honest opinion is forget hosting videos in your account. You can easily host your videos in YouTube or something like that.

As far I can assume you may start with a 200 or 500 MB hosting. A 200 MB standard hosting with 3GB bandwidth should cost 3500 BDT. per year.
And we can give you a .com domain at 1000 BDT per year.

And about your design requirement I think a WordPress engine can do all what you are expecting. Buy a hosting, install a WordPress, download and modify an elegant WordPress theme, thats it.
