 As the Liberation War Museum was a national design competition organized by IAB I guess almost all reputed architectural firms in Bangladesh participated in the competition.
So if you knock any known firm you should get all the information you need. As sharing the program and other information shouldn't be a problem for any firm or individual.

If you are looking for academic thesis projects then I may help you to connect with some people who did the project I know.

 I have already downloaded the pictures from the competition, but cannot collect any drawings or program list. As i am in Sylhet, its tough for me to contact those firms right now. If I get the mailing address of any reputed firm that participated in the competition I will try to get the information.

Or if there is anyone who has collected these, please upload.

As this is an academic thesis project, i need previous reports as well. I will be thankful to you if you can help me by giving the contact no. of any such persons.

 I am sending you the contact of Sabbir Ahmed Raju, a BRAC university alumni whose thesis project was the liberation war museum. He also worked in the national competition with Tanya Karim NR Khan and Associates.
