 this is again a foolish decision by them...they should give a margin for you ppl...foreighners.
i dont mean anything bad...but this is a bit hazy!

 it is meant very well, the cause, the event. it encourages students to get involved in art, look around, be a part of something big. it funds some humanitarian cause which they dont declare. its just that the organisation needs a few more years to settle, it lacks some details yet.
i just began to think they may not have asked for foreigners to submit money to participate because they dont have a international credit card system to charge us or something. its hard to provide an online way to charge us so maybe they didnt go for that anyway. as long as i see, there is no award involved either except for the pride of winning, so they are just not bothering with the money business and the whole thing is motivated by being a part of something good and well intended.

well atul how are you pricing yours?

 In the last exhibition I declared the price of one of my photos as 3000BDT (45 USD).

 NEO, can u submitt the photo here? please give some tips what kind of photos have chance to be selected? When i have camera with me, i dont find any subject, but when not with me i find lots of interesting and exceptional subject. And i am afraid of carring camera all the time because of hijacker.

himel the photos in the gallery of past winners are pretty good, they mostly seem to be about your culture-documentary kind of
some of them are veery good, and i really like this, this, this, actually these shouldnt be considered amateur they should be sold to the national geographic or something

its irritating to see such discrimination (already noticed by epitaph dude)...why we locals hav to pay 200 for 'each' photographs, while the rests are not paying???? wierd NSU!

 well i got my stuff in on sunday including photos(highest price 45 usd, thanks neo) forms and digital documentation of me being a student, they still dont have the hard copy signed documents because physical mail is slow but they already said my application is confirmed. well i guess i shouldnt have bothered to get the documents then

so now we know when the exhibition is,
"The exhibition will take place from 17 march to 23 march 2007."
