Bartlett School of Architecture UCL, London
Masters Scholarship for international students in UCL:

School's website:

When I visited there website they had no scholarship for M.Arch in their AVATAR school. However they (or third party organizations) offer generous scholarships for other subjects in architecture school, like Msc in Building and Urban Design Studies, Environment & Sustainable Development, International Planning, Light & Lighting etc.

Netherlands Fellowship Program (NFP)
The Netherlands Government offer a generous all-expense-paid (travel, accommodation, allowance, tuition fees) fellowship for the mid career professionals (Architects who have working experience for at least 2 years and still working in/for an office) to study in Netherlands' universities in Post Graduate courses.
Admission to a specific course in a university and a letter from them is required to apply for the Netherlands Fellowship Program.
Here is the link to the NFP website.

Professionals from Sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia and some other parts of the world can apply through their local Netherlands Embassy. Application rules may vary for country to country. For more information and local rules visit your local Netherlands Embassy website, or call them. Edited Wed Oct 20 2010, 11:05am
