Beautiful and neat. And the way you treated the west facade is brilliant and sensitive.

However, typically two important things are missing.
1. Shaded drop off (think of a rainy day when you've come here by a rickshaw).
2. Distinct access for pedestrians or for those who are coming by rickshaws or hired vehicles.

I think you should work on the entry and ground floor facilities more elaborately.

Good work, but this has been a bit harsh,
some green space should be there.
even the ground floor is separating the site from the neighborhood. there could be some interaction.
and i agree with neo, about the approach. even it is very important what we see at the entry, only the column and parked cars?? Or some green space or landscape. in the summary i can say that the building just need some relief spaces, then it will be a very nice work.
