However the polling system of archsociety is not working. So it is removed. And as Mujataba sir commented that the options for voting should remain open... it seemed true, so we removed the options. Now it's open to choose any architect.

Now we'll make the poll manually. I mean please everyone simply write the name (a single name) of his/her favorite architect in a post here. We'll count the vote at the end of September.
It is ok, na?

i dont know.
it will b really embarrassing if i dont tell the name of mazharul islam residing in this country, where architect like him opened the vista of humanity, political dynamics, upto social reforms. he is no longer an architect. i wd rather say he is a man with sponteneous vision and tremendous pride towards BD, and moreover for the people of it!

but i also love alvar alto, HerzogDMOuron and LE corbu for there work.
Bv Doshi and kahn for there statements, you knw what i wanted to mean.

i feel all the architects in history are gifted with great creativity..!!one of my favourite architect is le corbusier as he indroduced us to the modern architecture. i like the way he had played with the geometrical shapes in an innovative way!!another one is frank loyd wright..!!i love his ''falling water'' house..!!

well frnds i like deconstruction very much and i admire all those architects who hav worked on it especially zaha hadid and peter isenmen . i love their works
