 When you open more than one window of archsociety.com after you log in then the online box may show you double.
Another thing is in the archsociety.com system you can log in from different IP simultaneously. And archsociety uses 'cookie' not 'session id'. So if you don't log out from a IP and log in through another IP it may show you double in the online box.
Don't worry, it's not big trouble, I think.
