thanks for the overwhelming response.. to answer kocchop .. the negative buoyancy for any underwater structure greatly depends on its weight (the bottom of each bubble will be filled with ballasts to keep it under water) and besides these they will be held by a foundation whose detail i have shown in one of the sketches and what i've newly planned for are 3 circulation towers which will be drilled to the ground and which will hold the structure in place... @ rubel_raf.. thanks

will be posting up stuff soon.. waiting for my reviews to get over.. i ve been breaking my head trying to solve this .. hopefully will be done in a week or two.. will put up 3ds as and when i do them
