 I couldn't understand it properly. What do you mean by "culture dynamic"? Do you mean "culture is dynamic" and for that reason you are thinking of a dynamic architecture?
If I have guessed right even then there's a vital confusion about the meaning of the word 'dynamic' in different perspectives. Please provide more information about your project. Culture and Leisure center is highly dependent on the area it is being built and the target neighborhood. Where is your site? Oh by the way which year are you in architecture now?

 I am working on my graduation project “Culture and leisure center. The project is in Addis Ababa Ethiopia, (Eastern part of Africa). To give u some clue about the site. The area is known for universities, high schools, galleries and national museum. The program is designed to reflect some of our cultural activities which are performing arts center which will show the rich traditional dances and music, arts & crafts, resource & research center, recreation center, galleries of historical and religious artifacts. My aim is not to design a symbolic cultural center which represents a particular nation, nationalities. I am more interested in cultural activities. And finally sorry for the confusion, you are right what I was trying to say is “culture is dynamic” it can be learned, shared and “culture” generally refers to the uniqueness of one nation, nationalities or people. Therefore I need your help on finding any examples on cultural centers which are designed by the concept of dynamic architecture and of course your ideas on the matter thanks for your help
