 RAJUK is the authority to maintain the rules for construction & development for entire Dhaka. What about the rest of the country ?

 as much i know that there are distinctive authority, named "Unnoion Kotripokkho" say for rajshahi metropolitan, its rajshahi unoion kotripokkho.
but dont know what their territory, i mean does they administrate the whole division or just the metropolitan are only.

 Its all about the metropolitan areas only.
Still there's no authority or no universal codes or rules for construction in entire Bangladesh.
