 ok.. I have to submitt parking, structure and service core report of an good foreign highrise building 18th March. Can you give me good links for that?

Why it has to be a foreign building? Yeh you can make good reports on structure from foreign buildings. But reporting on parking and service will be tough from books and internet.
Most of the books and websites just show off the dazzling beauty of structures of buildings. No one talks about parking or building services.
So I think it would better if you would work on any local building by famous architects that would help you more to learn about parking and building services.
Anyway, Norman Foster's HSBC Bank Headquarter in Hong Kong is one of the most successful highrises of this time. There's an article on this building in ArchSociety Library. Visit That.
Again... this article may only come to help for structure, not parking and services.

 my? It was cancelled due to short time. We are now designing the building within about 20 days. April 18 is our semester's last day.
