 I am going to make a blog in google blogspot. the blog will be for 3ds studio max tutorial links and free 3d models. I will apply for google adsense later. Please give me tips about how to increase the earnings from google adsense and is there any link where i can know details about adsense like how much they will pay  for how many visitors etc?

 Visit Google group on google adsense. I hope there you'll get all the answers. Google mostly pays for clicks on adds not very much for visitors.
And remember never even think of trying any fraudulent things to earn adsense money. It never works. We should keep in mind that Google is smarter than us, other than we would not need money to earn from their service. So never try to be smart with Google they will just kick you off.

 You may get the answer in dictionaries
Anyway here in this case fraudulent activities means.. clicking on own adds for earning money, or telling friends to click on your adds, or making your user forcefully compel to click on your adds in the website etc.
Google will not mercy on any of these kinds of activities. So never even think of attempting something like these.

 well, if i submitt a thread in a porn forum that there is a sexy 3d model of aishwarya rai in my website so the people will visit my website and search all the pages to get that and i will have much visitor and much time of visitings. Will that be cheating and how google can find that?

 Yes that will be cheating. And don't keep any doubt about power of Google.
You better not discuss about this issue before reading their whole terms and conditions and other policies. Visit adsense homepage or take a search. And read all the terms before you ask.

porn forums and the mighty powers of google:P
people used to write all these irrelevant keywords in the meta heads of their source code or just below every page in small print so that the google bots would display the site as a result of all those keywords (popular ones all togerther like britney spears, ipod and vivid interactive)
but google eventually scans through the whole page and finds out its not related, same applies to giving links that dont correspond to the expected content
the most efficient honest way to get more hits without losing reliability as an adsense user is to increase the number of hits you deserve
google ranks you higher in search results based on the number of links other sites have given you, so put up good content and try to give links to yourself from as many related sites as possible to be found via search engines more easily
+put up as many keywords as you can, like tag your posts with more words so you get a wider range of ads because google shows ads related to your content and some ads(like casino etc) pay more money
