what do you mean by a 'study' center? Who will study there? A small community? Or a whole city or the country? Buddhists people will study? Or people from any religion? Will there be a temple as well? How big it is? Where it is?
Sustainability is not just about energy, material and environment, it also include social and economic aspects. And anyone will need all the answers to the questions I asked to talk about your project.
Welcome to the community, keep sharing...

Buddhist study center
A Buddhist study center is a center for the monks to live, grow and finally achieve their goal of nirvana.
A center where the Buddhist chants would fill the air and the five senses would be revitalized and adapted to be related to greater being.
A center that aims at the growth of each and every individual with Buddhist principles leading towards the attainment of greater goal of spreading joy, understanding and peace through the attainment of knowledge. A center which acts as a catalyst to reincarnation of Buddha’s of 21 st century which are working towards the greater goal through their Buddhist approach.
